  Paraffin wax is a kind of petroleum processing products, mineral wax and petroleum wax. It is a kind of flake or needle like crystal which is obtained from the distillation by solvent refining, solvent dewaxing or wax freezing crystallization and pressing dewaxing. It is used for making high-grade fatty acid, high-grade alcohol, match, candle, waterproof agent, ointment, electrical insulating material, etc

  Paraffin wax, as a kind of latent energy storage material, has the advantages of large latent heat of phase change, small volume change of solid-liquid phase change process, good thermal stability, no supercooling phenomenon and low price. With the development of aviation, aerospace, microelectronics and Optoelectronics Technology, it is often required that a large amount of heat dissipation generated by high-power components can only be dissipated in a limited heat dissipation area and a very short time, while the low melting point phase change materials can reach the melting point relatively quickly compared with the high melting point phase change materials.

Application

1. Used as inner-dispersant in color master batch process.

2. In the production of various hot melt glue, thermosetting powder coating and PVC compound stabilizer.
3. Used in outer-lubricant in the process of PVC profile, pipe fitting and plastic molding. It improves the toughness of
    plastics products and makes smooth surface, high rate of pass, better plasticizing efficiency.
4. Used as dispersant in ink and paint industry. Better anti-sedimentation makes better gloss and stereo sense.
5. In rubber industry, it can improve the surface brightness and smoothness after products taking off the membrane, reduce the
    dosage of paraffin wax and reduce the production cost.
6. Widely used in wax products, for example, floor wax, car wax, polish wax, candle etc. It can improve the softening point,
    strength and surface gloss.
